Morning (Upon Waking): Drink 16oz of room-temperature spring water with a squeeze of fresh key lime. This "wakes up" the digestive tract.
During the Day: Stay hydrated. Aim for at least 64oz of spring water. The herbs need water to move waste out.
Evening (1 Hour Before Bed): Drink your Intestines & Colon Decoction (15–20 minute simmer). This allows the herbs to work while your body is in a state of rest and repair.

The Ancestral Diet (What to Eat)

While the herbs do the heavy lifting, your diet should support the "sweep" by not adding more "sludge" to the system.
